Police bot/doc

• Formerly known as the Copbot
• If you surrender to the police, they will put Electronic handcuffs on you. The handcuffs shock you if you make attacks, and make a loud noise to attract any living cops. Sadly, after the apocalypse this might not work well... and the handcuffs cannot be taken off as long as they are powered. (The power will eventually run out).
