Sleep deprivation is defined in minutes, and although most calculations scale linearly, penalties are bestowed only upon reaching a given tier:
- SLEEP_DEPRIVATION_HARMLESS = 2 days
- SLEEP_DEPRIVATION_MINOR = 4
- SLEEP_DEPRIVATION_SERIOUS = 7
- SLEEP_DEPRIVATION_MAJOR = 10
