“ A hard plastic hat worn in constructions sites. Excellent protection from cuts and percussion. ”
This is a very light clothing item made of plastic, which covers 70% of your head, and which has no storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers barely warm.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
It provides a weak block when wielded as a weapon, reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus).
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and plastic chunks.
