 This appears to be a mass of vines, moving with surprising speed. It is so thick and tangled that you cannot see what lies in the middle. 

This creature is a cow sized plant. It's an extremely competent fighter with very high hit points. It's slower than you, agile, has high armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets).

It has low morale and it's very aggressive. Being a plant, it's afraid of being hurt, nearby fires, and can be angered by nothing in particular.

It can hear noises, is able to track noises particularly well, has no distinguishable head (it's unaffected by head shots), is very hard to shoot at (some hits are treated as misses), can grab you, can swim, has a great resistance to bashing damage, can produce plant marrow and plant fibre when butchered, and nothing else.

Being made of vegetable matter, it's vulnerable to fire, smoke and, particularly, tear gas and radioactive gas.

When it dies, nothing unusual happens.
