This creature is a human sized ZOMBIE, HUMAN. It's a competent fighter with extremely high hit points. It's very slow, clumsy, has no armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets).
It has extremely high morale and it's totally aggressive. Being a ZOMBIE, HUMAN, it's afraid of ZOMBIE, HUMAN, and can be angered by ZOMBIE, HUMAN.
It can see, can hear noises, is warm blooded (it appears in infrared), is poisonous to eat (produces tainted meat when butchered), can shock you if you hit it with your bare fists, can drop one or two powerful bionics when dissected, doesn't breathe (it's not affected by smoke, toxic gases, drowning, etc), resuscitates after a few hours (unless its corpse is either smashed to a pulp or butchered), can produce bones and sinews when butchered, surrounded by an electrical field that ignites flammable liquids near it, and nothing else.
Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.
Will shock the attacker when hit, 75% of the time. When it dies, nothing unusual happens.
(View - Edit Notes )Notes
This is the evolved form of the shocker zombie after 28 days.
It can't shoot lightning, but it emits a constant electric field around itself that will rapidly kill you and other creatures if you're too close, shorts out electronics near it, and ignites flammable liquid near it. That includes gas pumps. Luckily, they are rather slow, so you can lead them to some place where they won't be a problem, run away, simply take your time shooting them from a safe distance, or even kite them around town while their electric field fries other monsters.
Tossing an EMP grenade or otherwise EMPing the husk will stop its electrical field for about 5 minutes.
Lightning can strike the husk, which causes its field to be massive, it to move twice as fast, and it to emit constant loud buzzing. This usually kills other zombies near it, but makes it hugely dangerous for the day or so that it lasts.
It can be spawned by gunsmith's quest before day 28.
