Notes

  • Reduces the base movement cost on roads by 50%.
  • Increases the base movement cost on non-road surfaces by 50%.
  • Stacks with mutations that affect the movement cost, eg. fleet-footed.
  • Encumbrance increases movement cost by ~ 12pts after the percentage reduction has been applied.
