CBMs are installed by interacting with autodoc or non-player character with high medical skills. Installation has a medium chance of genetic damage, blood loss, or damage to existing bionics based on intelligence, electronics, first aid, mechanics, and the MD profession.

- This bionic can be turned on, which might have an power cost.
- Gives Adrenaline Rush effect, in which speed is increased by 40, strength by 5, dexterity by 3, perception by 1, and intelligence is decreased by 8 for around 20 minutesVerify (these effects are different from the in-game ones). As soon as the effect ends the character will lose 300 movement points and begin to suffer from penalties (Adrenaline Comedown) for about 3 minutes, which are: speed decreased by 10, strength and dexterity decreased by 2, intelligence and perception decreased by 1, and stamina fatigue.
