Beagle mini-tank ugv/doc

Pretty much the strongest monster in the game. Compared to the old incarnation of CDDA's tank drone, it has lost many of its weapons (particularly mass destruction ones), but has tripled its armor.

Will use a variety of attacks that depend on distance:

• M4A1 rifle at ranges 0-15
• 40mm frag grenade at 15-30 (range extends to 50 tiles if the target is a vehicle or very large)

Ammo counts

A tank drone does not have unlimited ammo for all weapons. It comes with:

• 200 Grenades
• 3000 Rifle rounds
