 A newly-hatched giant cellar spider. Too small to possess much venom, but still quick and agile like an adult. 

This creature is a squirrel sized spider. It's a competent fighter with very low hit points. It's faster than you, very agile, has low armor against bashing weapons and low armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets). Has low armor against acid. 

It has extremely high morale and it's mostly peaceful. Being a spider, it's afraid of being hurt, nearby fires, and can be angered by nearby monsters of the same type dying. It can also be angered by when following the player, when the player looks hurt, when the player gets within a few tiles.

It can see, is able to smell characters, can hear noises, is not affected by nor destroys cobwebs, can produce chitin when butchered, can climb terrain and furniture, is very hard to shoot at (some hits are treated as misses), and nothing else.

Being made of insect flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.

When it dies, nothing unusual happens.
