This creature is a squirrel sized mammal. It's a competent fighter with very low hit points. It's faster than you, extremely agile, has no armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets). Its special ability allows it to perform a special scratch attack, every 10 turns.
It has very low morale and it's totally peaceful. Being a mammal, it's afraid of being hurt, nearby fires, nearby monsters of the same type dying, and can be angered by nothing in particular. Its anger is reduced by nearby corpses or meat. It's also afraid of loud noises, when the player gets within a few tiles, nearby monsters of the same type being attacked.
It can see, can hear noises, is able to track noises particularly well, is able to smell characters, is considered an animal (it's affected by animal empathy), becomes friendly or tamed when fed cat food, walks around some dangerous terrain and traps, is warm blooded (it appears in infrared), can produce fur when butchered, will flee for several turns after a melee attack, can produce bones and sinews when butchered, can produce fat when butchered, and nothing else.
Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.
When it dies, nothing unusual happens.
(View - Edit Notes )Notes
- You can domesticate one by giving them cat food (apply it on them). Domesticated cats will automatically attack any non-friendly creature they detect. There's no limit to the amount of cats you can domesticate at once.
