This creature is a cow sized plant. It's a very competent fighter with extremely high hit points. It's extremely slow, clumsy, has high armor against bashing weapons and moderate armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets). Its special ability allows it to generate vegetation around it, including trees (which can hurt you if they spawn below your feet), every 2 turns.
It has extremely high morale and it's totally aggressive. Being a plant, it's afraid of being hurt, nearby fires, and can be angered by nothing in particular.
It can hear noises, is able to smell characters, can bash destroyable objects in its way (like doors), has no distinguishable head (it's unaffected by head shots), its attacks may paralyze the player with venom, can produce plant marrow and plant fibre when butchered, and nothing else.
Being made of vegetable matter, it's vulnerable to fire, smoke and, particularly, tear gas and radioactive gas.
When it dies, nothing unusual happens.

- Unlike the rest of the "queens" in the game, this is not a queen-queen, but a powerful pawn with a fancy name. For the triffid species 'queen' (the monster that causes new triffids to spawn) see the Triffid heart
- The 'Grow plants' effect replaces terrain around them with trees and plants. This can wreck bases and vehicles, destroy buildings, and spawn free wood.
