Effects
Emits electricity fields. Fields of density one will automatically augment their density to 3, and will create from from 3 to 6 electricity fields of density 2 (9 - electric crackle) or 3 (9 - electric cloud). Once released it has a 1/5 chance of reducing it's density by one.
Stepping on this field will remove it.
