"Practicality is far less important than style. Your morale is improved by wearing fashionable and attractive clothing."

Clothing that has the "FANCY" or "SUPER_FANCY" tag gives a "Stylish" morale bonus when worn. The height of the bonus depends on the location of the clothing, and if it is covered up by other clothing. Torso gives +6, legs +4, head +3, rest +2. A very fancy item gives a +2 bonus and a normal fancy item gives a +1 bonus if it does not cover a body part.

You can recognize stylish clothing by looking at them in the Sort armor screen (default key +). A piece of clothing with the "FANCY" tag is listed as "It looks fancy." And "SUPER_FANCY" items are listed as "It looks really fancy."

A location bonus is only given once, but a stylish bonus is still given for wearing multiple fancy or very fancy items. So wearing one tuxedo gives the following bonus, +4 legs, +6 torso, +2 for being very fancy, for a total of +12 morale. Adding one more tuxedo, wearing two over each other, gives a further bonus of +2 for being fancy, but no more bonuses for covering slots.

The various items without slots stack. So wearing 2 gold rings, 2 gold bracelets, 2 gold watches, and calling yourself B.A. Baracus gives a +6 morale bonus.

The morale bonus is capped at a maximum of 20.
