Questions about blocking: 1) can a Block/Leg Block reduce the damage below 1? 2) if so, does that actually mean 0 damage? 3) if so, does the attack still count as a "hit" for purposes of combat messages, Centipede Style, etc?
(I've had quite a few cases in 02Feb where my martial-arts character blocked but the opposition "missed". There were a few times where the character blocked, was "hit", took no damage to HP or clothing, and the Centipede charge didn't reset.)
