Notes
- This prevents you from gaining any good mutations, ever.
- The rate of mutation is the same as Genetic Chaos. Does not stack with Genetically Unstable.
- All non-targeted mutations are random, instead of being weighted toward the category you have the most mutations in.
- Intended for challenge runs. The disadvantage is crippling and not worth the points earned, but at least you won't need to pick any more bad traits!
