A small, closed entrance and a suggestive circular area besides it. To access the interior, you'll need to get past the card reader at the entrance with a military ID card, explosives, electrohack, or EMP grenade.
The interior contains some random items such as food, clothes, firearms, ammo, and books.
The only dangers present in missile silos are the ledge surrounding the missile itself, and the small clouds of radioactive gas that spawn sparsely from it.
