Template for converting enemy special attacks to their description. Used both in the monsters infobox on the right, the gray description in the middle and on the monsterlist pages.

Due to the text of the special attack being used in a sentence during the creation of the grey box, don't simply copy the JSON_FLAGS.md descriptions of the flags.
