Used to pay at vending machines and automated gas stations.
An Automated Teller Machine can be used to merge different cash cards into one card, as of version 0.C (Cooper). All cash cards can have their account balances transfered from card to card or have the money deposited into the National Bank System for later withdrawl.
There are several places one can expect to find a use for cash cards.

- At mechanic's shops and self-service gas stations. Small vending machines outside the station.
- In gun stores. Used for the purchase of ammo from special vending machines.
- In the back of supermarkets. Several ATMs can be found here.
- Malls and hospitals can also have vending machines.
