Tools have a quality of a certain level, indicating what the tool does and how well it does it. They are used for crafting and other tasks. Tools have a quality of a certain level, indicating what the tool does and how well it does it. They are used for crafting and other tasks. For example, an aluminum bat can be used as a crude hammer and thus has a HAMMER 1 stat. But it is no where near a useful for hammering as an actual hammer, which has a HAMMER 3 stat.
The item browser has lists of tool qualities, and the items which have those qualities. For the experimental version, and stable.
