Drunken master will increase character's melee to hit ratio and damage. Bonuses are random and floating for to hit:

    unarmed - Level of drunkenness / 300
    armed   - Level of drunkenness / 400

for damage:

    unarmed:
      min - Level of drunkenness  / 600
      max - Level of drunkenness  / 250
    armed:
      min - Level of drunkenness  / 900
      max - Level of drunkenness  / 400
