In order to get these parts, you can either, in the case of all of the armor except for the superalloy, make it with a powered welder and a lot of lumps of steel (you can get these from smashing a bunch of lockers) or otherwise, just loot it from vehicles on the road. Some of these parts may take some time to find. Just raid the cars on highways. |
