Farm house and a tool shed. Always surrounded by farm fields and a dirt lot in the front area. You'll have to kill the former (undead) inhabitants if you want to settle here.

Traps may also spawn in front of the house as well as around its perimeter. They usually consist of trip wires, pits, and bear traps.
