Adrenaline pump/doc

• Gives Adrenaline Rush effect, in which speed is increased by 40, strength by 5, dexterity by 3, perception by 1, and intelligence is decreased by 8 for around 20 minutes. After that^{Verify (After 20 minutes, or after 5 minutes, as stated in the Adrenaline Rush page?)} the character will lose 300 movement points and begin to suffer from penalties (Adrenaline Comedown), which are speed decreased by 10, strength decreased by 2, and other stats decreased by 1 for 15 minutes.
