Emergency supply storage built by the Army. You'll need a military id card, electrohack, or explosives to enter. Using explosives might trigger automated defenses.

The basement contains six vaults. To open each one you'll need another military ID card. The vaults might contain meds (including first aid kits and bandages), ammo, weapons and modifications, inactive manhacks and turrets and other miscellaneous military gear, tools and rations.
