The compound contains:
- A main building with an office, a break room with kitchen furnishings and a pool table, bathrooms, and a front desk. Accessible via locked and alarmed exterior door is a storage room that can contain rare tools.
- A garage containing building materials like sheets of glass, two by fours, nails, and pipes.
- A garage containing mechanics and electronics materials and tools, and an additional storage room. This garage might contain a truck.
The entire compound is enclosed by a chain link fence with a gap for the road.
