The hazardous waste sarcophagus is exactly what it sounds like. While looting the area survivors should be careful of radiation; just because the toxic waste is surrounded by heavy concrete walls and all of the horrors created by it are either below or outside doesn't mean you can just free-ball your way through the surface level of the compound. Grab whatever you need, and get out ASAP.

A hazmat suit, which you may or may not find on-site, would be a great idea if you're looking to explore the facility and the interior of the sarcophagus. If you plan on exploring beneath the surface...bring more ammo.
