Certain Hotels in the Z-Levels mod have stairs going downwards on either end of a long hallway. Both stairs lead to one of these basements, which will contain restrooms, a weight room, pool, and some laundromats.

Around the pool area, there will usually be a few Sewer Snakes, but they shouldn't be a threat to even low leveled survivors, provided they have a decent melee weapon. Aside from the meat, permanent source of water, and a few articles of clothing, there isn't much loot to be found inside of Hotel Basements.
