This implementation of powered armor relies on advanced reactive materials, rather than heavy armor plating, for its protection. As such, it can be worn over typical clothing without problems, whereas the DoubleTech suits required full-body skin contact in order to permit the suit's actuators to accurately respond to your movement.

It runs on plutonium cells, and has an internal reservoir capable of storing 10 of them at a time. Each plutonium cell gives 500 charges to the combat armor.
