Tool quality

This page is not complete enough; please help if you can. The topic needs: don't think it is great idea to have a page for each tool quality, it just makes more lists of data which aren't maintained. Unless we automatically generate that, but why not use the item browser for that. (message added by Soy)

Tools have a quality of a certain level, indicating what the tool does and how well it does it. They are used for crafting and other tasks. For example, an aluminum bat can be used as a crude hammer and thus has a HAMMER 1 stat. But it is no where near a useful for hammering as an actual hammer, which has a HAMMER 3 stat.

The item browser has lists of tool qualities, and the items which have those qualities. For the experimental version, and stable.
