Bloated fungal zombie/doc

You think the normal bloated zombie was bad enough inflicting bad poison on you? Well, this is its even worse fungal counterpart. When it dies, either by getting close to you or being shot, it releases fungal haze, which will cause instant fungal infection without a gas mask or filter mask and eye protection. Fungal infection is lethal without (rare) treatment, so do not take a bloated fungal zombie lightly.
