  • Mostly harmless, as they are extremely slow to move and generally only attack once in a blue moon, just be careful if they manage to grab you.
  • Can be quite good to train one's unarmed skill due to their slow attack, just stomp on it when there are no zombies around to train the skill, their slowness makes them very easy to kill with no weapons even with 0 unarmed skill.
