A grave is a piece of terrain, it looks like a long mound of dirt, if you use a shovel while standing on top of it, you can dig a hole for a big morale penalty, which unearths the coffin. Using a crowbar you can pry open the coffin for some minor loot (some human bones, and at times other things). Rarely, a zombie inside the coffin can burst out.
