Vehicles
When installed on a vehicle, solar panels refill the vehicle's storage batteries.
Solar panels are bugged in the version of Cataclysm. All panels on a vehicle charge only if the vehicle's center tile (the first tile placed) is in sunlight. If there is a roof over this tile, it will obstruct the panels. In addition, solar panels only charge if the weather is "sunny". These bugs were fixed in .
