  • Boosts focus by +10 (Fast Learner gives +15) while practicing skills.
  • Raises experience gained from books by between +2% and +4%.
  • Boost map memory from 100 tiles to 5000 tiles. This overrides any map memory modifications from mutations, both positive and negative.
  • Can help learn martial arts from the Close Quarters Battle CBM.
