Finding the Exodii
If you'd like to find this faction in your current world, you have three options. You can hunt around for one of their sub-bases, the unusual stone barn, and read the sign there to be directed to the Rocky Butte, or you can complete the first quest for either Smokes or the Old Guard Representative in the Refugee Center. After that, talk to the old guard rep, or the trucker in the back bay (near where you fought the zombies for Smokes) and you can get a quest that will lead you to the Rocky Butte.
