Fragile/doc

• The player can only take one of either Flimsy, Frail or Fragile. They do not stack together.
• Reduces 8 str character's Hit points to 18. Self explanatory as to why the trait is extremely disadvantageous - limbs break very easily and you die much easier
• Don't give up hope, if you mutate, the resilient mutation will completely override this, then you can kiss goodbye to this debilitating trait!
