• Reduces movement cost by 20.0%.
• Reduces attack and throwing cost by 20.0%.
• Reduces maximum carry weight by 40.0%.
• It increases bashing damage received by 80%.
• Combined with Bad Back, this reduction of carrying capacity becomes extreme. A test character with Str 12 had a weight limit of 52.4lbs. This makes many strategies infeasible: awl-pikes (26.46lbs), powering tools with car batteries, large guns (a Barrett weighs >30lbs), heavy metal armors, and jackhammers, for example, and hauling loot out of buildings becomes quite tricky; a shopping cart becomes much more desirable.
