I don't see a way to repair the rain coat--applying a lighter asks for a direction, applying a chunk says it's not useful. -188.174.209.243
Use the soldering iron and it will pop up with an option to repair plastic items then you can choose the rain coat. --Mattamue (talk) 19:22, 25 September 2013 (PDT)
