Hey welcome to the wiki, I totally missed your problem on the Chloromorphosis page, thanks for the help. Don't worry the note does show up eventually, it is just a cache issue. --Soyweiser (talk) 02:26, 7 May 2020 (MDT)
- No problem at all! It's great to be of help, if only a little, and I´m relieved that the problem was just a cache issue, thanks for the welcome! --Termineitor244 (talk) 11:56, 7 May 2020 (MDT)
- Oh! It happens, I thought it was me from when I was trying to resolve the problem with the cache, and thanks for the template with the docs of the zombies! I wanted to use something like that, but I didn't remember how, I will use that template from now on when I update something with info from the experimentals (The recent Pine tree change is a big one that will change many strategies, if the change stays for some time, I will go and check the guides) --Termineitor244 (talk) 12:46, 8 May 2020 (MDT)
- Well, I had the upgraded monster template thing around for a while now, there is only one issues with monsters who share names, my plan is fix that (I had danmakudan install an extension which allows tabs which should allow me to solve the problem in a nice way. (for developments see here Template:Sandbox/Enemydescription (not much to see now btw, also I mostly work with the previews so what you see might not be where im at right now). After that I can just run my scripts to automatically update all the new monsters (and other things) I just need to tinker with the scripts a little bit more to warn me about renamed/changed monsters, and some small things like that, should be fixable if I just put the hours of work in. And I don't keep up to date with the experimentals myself atm (I head about the glorious changes to containers) so I look forward to what has changed on the pine trees. --Soyweiser (talk) 05:39, 9 May 2020 (MDT)
- It should be a headache, but thankfully the scripts help with updating the monsters pages, I can't imagine doing all that by hand (Well, a one by one revision of the pages in contrast with the data files), and a lot has happened in the recent experimentals, I don't actualize my game since the containers update (Waiting for it to be a little more stable cofcof not being able to reload a sewing kit cofcof) so I haven't actually played with the new changes, but I always try to read the merged PRs to look for what has changed. The Pine tree change is more about pine nuts being no longer craftable (And now having halved calories, but that by itself is not much), so now many builds that lived from the woods will have to search for different food sources since the Pine king is no longer in town). --Termineitor244 (talk) 23:01, 16 May 2020 (MDT)
Thanks for all the Magiclysm work!
Thanks for all the Magiclysm work! Any thoughts on which spells to do next, or for that matter on the spell template? -Actual-nh (talk) 15:06, 16 March 2021 (MDT)
- Thanks to you for all the actual development in the game! Magiclysm needs a lot of love in the wiki given the popularity (and content) it has, so I wanted to help if only a little! About the spells... I cannot talk about the spell template, but the spells which I have been more curious about (mainly because of hearing about them) are "Feral Form", "Manatricity" and the spells that summon weapons, like the "Nature's Bow", the Animist summons are candidates too, if you haven't actually use them you would have many doubts about the exact nature of the spell, if I can say one more, I will say that the "Crystallize Mana" spell needs to have a page and some notes explaining the uses, since a new player will have many doubts about the exact use of crystallizing mana and what things one can do with it (The runes too could have a little more explanation about what things can be made with them) --Termineitor244 (talk) 16:29, 16 March 2021 (MDT)
