- Adds +2 damage per hand to unarmed melee attacks when fingertips are unobstructed.
- This works only with bare hands, not while holding weapons that work with unarmed attacks (e.g. the punch dagger).
- This stacks with other mutations and bionics that add damage to unarmed attacks.
