Using this flashlight will turn it on, assuming it is charged with batteries. A turned-on flashlight will provide light during the night or while underground.
applying it turns it on, increasing visible tiles in the dark by a large amount. Attracts a crowd, but useful in the dark. Don't forget to turn it off when you don't need it anymore!
