Notes
- Adds encumbrance in the following locations: FOOT_L : 10, FOOT_R : 10, if the location is covered by clothing lacking the OVERSIZE flag.
- This can keep a character at "Full" and "Slaked" constantly. Soil is also perfectly healthy, so your health measure (the one represented by your wakeup messages like "Alertness comes easy, and your body stretches with ease", etc) will improve to maximum reasonably quickly.
- The description sounds quite similar to Roots. Rooter yields nutrition much more quickly than Roots, and Rooter gives nutrition while crafting, while working on vehicles, etc.
