This tile is what you create with the roof construction. Look at the stage to see that it creates the floor. Since, at the time of writing this entry, there are no levels in Cataclysm: the floor tile is how it is shown there is a roof.
Floors can hold 4000 volume for storage. When exceeding 4000 volume on a floor tile, the items dropped will automatically be moved to an adjacent tile(without notification).
