“ Electronic device that can convert solar radiation into electric power. Useful for a vehicle. ”
Notes
When installed on a vehicle, solar panels refill the vehicle's storage batteries.
As of 0.C (Cooper) Solar panels only function for currently loaded (to memory) vehicles. A vehicle is loaded when it enters the reality bubble (typically within your view distance on a regular day) and unloaded when the game is saved (including quick/autosave).
In the experimentalis solar panels will function no matter how far they are from the player.
