Chargen only traits

Certain traits can only be gained during character generation. A player interested in min-maxing for the long run might be interested in taking these traits when creating their character, since otherwise they will not be able to acquire them in-game.

These traits are those that:

1. Are marked as a Targeted Mutation only. They will not be randomly-acquired via anything other than mutagen/serum from their tree.
2. Are not in any tree.
3. Are marked as a possible starting trait.
4. Are not a prerequisite for some trait that can be acquired outside character generation. If they are, the character can mutate the prerequisite trait if the mutation code attempts to give him the dependent trait.

Some of these traits may be lost in the course of the game, if another mutation that can be acquired during the game cancels them. Such traits may be restored via purifier. Traits that cannot be lost at all are marked with "Cannot be lost" below.
