Forest cabin and a tool shed. You'll have to kill the former (undead) inhabitants if you want to settle here. Somewhat questionable to take shelter in, they do not have any water source by that comes with them like the LMOE shelter does, maybe if you had a funnel and water container, river, lake or swamp nearby alongside a means to purify the water, then you would survive, as the rest of the forest has the natural resources to keep you alive.
