Vitamins
Vitamins are nutritional units a character must intake in order to avoid malus status effects. Vitamin values are calculated independent of caloric intake.
An integer percentage of ideal daily value average. Vitamins array keys include the following:
- calcium (Calcium)
- iron - Iron
- vitA - Vitamin A
- vitB - Vitamin B12
- vitC - Vitamin C
- mutant_toxin - Toxins
- bad_food - Disgusting Diet
- blood - blood
- redcells - redcells
Note that vitB is B12, not B.
Some mutations block specific food sources from giving you vitamins, for example removing vitamin intake from meat or wheat based foods. The specific mutations will have a list.
A good way to increase your vitamin levels is to consume some multivitamins.
