The farm(house) is a rarely spawning building found often outside towns and civilization and closer to rivers and other such formations.

Farms, as referenced on the map, often contain three buildings:

• The main house, which contains various items.
• The toolhouse, which contains equipment and tools such as hoes, Category:Seeds, etc
• A barn, with either Zombies, or farm animals in them.
• Farms will also contain a large field, which, if looted in the defaults spring spawn time, can be a useful source of (fresh) food.
• All great if you want to start farming

Farms are good buildings to find on Day 1.
