Effects

A flame burst field reduces its density each turn.

Characters inside a flame burst field suffer damage to the legs and torso ("You're torched by flames!"). Characters inside a vehicle or with the thermal dissipation bionic aren't affected at all ("These flames do not burn you.").

The damage dealt is based on a creature's composition.

Composition Dmg
flesh 3
human flesh 3
vegetable 12
paper 50
liquid 50
powder 50

Additionally, it'll deal some damage to creatures of all materials and reduce their movement points by 20.
