- Your focus level is treated as 15 points higher when gaining skill experience through practice. Because focus cannot become negative, this has the effect of putting a "floor" on focus, meaning that a character with the Fast Learner trait will learn skills at a certain minimum rate. It is in these situations (such as during sustained combat) that the effect is greatest.
